Do you ship internationally? 

We are currently not shipping to the EU or UK. International buyers please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. We are not responsible for any customs fees. All EU & UK shoppers should shop our Etsy. 

 

When will my order ship? 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to ship! Orders may ship sooner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive either an email or text with your tracking information, depending on what you selected at checkout. 

Once your order has been dropped off at USPS, there is very little that I can do about returned mail/incorrect addresses. It is your responsibility to contact your local USPS office, file a claim, or attempt to intercept a package. However, I will do my best to assist you. 

Ashley With Luv is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for additional shipping costs. Ashley With Luv is not responsible for customs/import charges or delays due to customs.

Care Instructions

To keep your item in best condition: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors, and let air dry. To avoid cracking, make sure to wash inside out & air dry. DO NOT IRON DESIGN!

 

What’s your return & exchange policy?

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please email shopashleywithluv@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to fix any issues or concerns.
